Principal's Message

Dear Coyle Avenue Elementary Community,

I hope this message finds you well and you are enjoying the summer break. As we prepare to welcome our students back for another exciting school year, I am thrilled to share some important updates and reaffirm our school's unwavering commitment to fostering a caring and inclusive environment for all.

At Coyle Avenue Elementary, we believe that every student deserves to feel valued, supported, and connected. To achieve this, we have embraced the House system, a dynamic approach that enhances our school's culture by promoting unity, respect, and collaboration. Each student, staff member, and teacher is assigned to one of our Houses, creating smaller communities within our school where everyone has a sense of belonging. Through friendly competitions, team-building activities, and cross-grade partnerships, our House system nurtures strong relationships, builds character, and instills a sense of pride and responsibility in our students.

Our dedication to inclusivity extends beyond the House system. Coyle Avenue Elementary proudly aligns with San Juan Unified's commitment to serving diverse student populations. We recognize and celebrate the unique backgrounds, perspectives, and talents that each student brings to our school. By embracing diversity, we create a richer, more vibrant learning environment where every child can thrive. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities and support to ensure that all students, regardless of their background, have access to a high-quality education.

As we look ahead to the new school year, Invite you to join us in our mission to create a compassionate and inclusive community at Coyle Avenue Elementary. Together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of our students and build a school where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We look forward to another successful year of learning, growth, and community at Coyle Avenue Elementary.

Warm regards,

Cassidy Butler
